Job Story
Love being behind the camera? Use your video and photography skills to help tell the story of the College of Fine Arts! As our Multimedia Content Creator, you’ll capture dynamic content from live events, student life, and creative spaces. Your work will be shared across platforms and seen by thousands.

You’ll gain experience in:
• Video and photo capture + editing
• Storyboarding and visual planning
• Cross-platform content creation

Details:
Up to 20 hours/week | Hybrid work with some morning, afternoon, evening and occasional weekend hours required


Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties

Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Wichita State University.

Additional Requirements
*Excellent communication skills
*Social media proficiency and skills for content creation.
*Portfolio of work: Include examples of content creation and/or design via inclusion of links to your personal website, storage site (i.e.dropbox), and/or links to your managed social media sites.

Required Experience
This is specific to each position and department. See additional requirements and/or preferences.

Preferred Qualifications
Computer experience in a PC/Windows or Apple environment - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
