As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you're one of the key people who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Part organizer, part problem-solver, and part efficiency expert, you ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are where they need to be, when they need to be there. From managing inventory and tracking resources to organizing equipment and supporting workflow planning, you help create the structure that allows the entire operation to succeed.
You'll use powered industrial equipment to safely move materials throughout the facility, assist with the staging and tracking of assets and supplies, and maintain accurate records that help keep operations organized and efficient. When stock levels need attention or resources need to be coordinated, you're ready to step in and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Your impact extends beyond materials and inventory. You help keep the facility safe, functional, and well-maintained through routine building maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and general upkeep of facility systems and infrastructure. Whether responding to service requests, addressing everyday maintenance needs, or supporting seasonal snow and ice removal efforts, you take pride in helping create an environment where people can do their best work.
Success in this role comes from attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You enjoy finding ways to make things more organized, efficient, and reliable, and you take pride in being a trusted team member who helps keep both operations and facilities running at their best.
