Job Story
Ennovar is looking for a Student Assistant Coordinator to work at JAKS Construction.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
* Assist with creating and maintaining project schedules, task lists, and documentation in JobTread.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding project timelines, deliveries, quotes, and required documents.
* Participate in site visits and inspections and help maintain daily logs, project photos, and progress updates.
* Support the completion of punch lists, closeout documents, and client communications.
* Assist with quantity takeoffs using project plans and specifications.
* Request, collect, and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing.
* Help prepare project estimates and maintain current material pricing information.
* Assist with developing scopes of work, proposals, and presentation materials.
* Support lead intake, follow-up, and organization of the sales pipeline.
* Attend networking and community events with team members.
* Help collect client reviews, referrals, and testimonials.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience or interest in the trades may be considered.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
* Ability and willingness to learn new software, including JobTread, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable, self-motivated, coach-able, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to customer and project sites.
* Ability to work on active job sites, including walking, standing, occasional lifting, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Additional Information
Work is performed on site at JAKS Construction 5025 E Kellogg Dr. Wichita, KS

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
