Work Schedule
20 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Possible extended hours through summer.

This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Job Story
This role offers significant growth potential for Software Quality Assurance Engineer. The individual in this role will work closely with the software development team and other SQA Engineers for testing websites, mobile apps and database driven applications. The selected candidate will be involved in developing test plans and executing manual and automated test cases for websites and applications, performing data integrity testing for large and complex data-driven applications and reporting systems.
SQA Engineer will also be involved in developing and maintaining user guides, tip sheets and complete documentation of websites and applications.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements
Experience in testing and reporting bugs for web applications using various platforms.
Experience in writing test plans and test cases
Knowledge of different types of software testing strategies
Basic understanding of web and mobile applications development
Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to prioritize, organize and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects
Experience with Python, including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
Familiarity with NestJS and React frameworks for platform development.
Experience in working with SQL databases to manage and query large datasets
Experience with AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with the following programing languages: JavaScript and Python programming, including React, NestJS and Flask framework

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
