Job Story
Ennovar is looking for a student assistant to be a processing engineer at Pfizer.
Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.
Job Duties
Serve as the AVI equipment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support new and existing product lines.
Assist with development, enhancement, and validation of process parameters.
Generate and manage documentation, change requests, and engineering protocols.
Collaborate with automation engineers to optimize equipment recipes and parameters.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback on setup, cleaning, operation, and training practices.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support AVI operations with training and procedural updates.
Utilize QTS to manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and other compliance documentation.
Lead or support investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate testing for new technologies, product introductions, and tech transfers.
Ensure data integrity and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Support cleaning programs, including swabbing and visual inspections.
Assist in document preparation, project coordination, and training initiatives.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools.
Problem-solving ability and experience with process improvement tools.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ability to develop technical solutions for complex equipment and process challenges.
Capable of working on high-performance teams and managing tasks independently
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Familiarity with AVI equipment, Drug Product processing, and systems like QTS, eQMS, PDOCS, SAP, EDES.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending.
Use of personal protective equipment and gowning in cleanroom areas.
Ability to perform math calculations and complex data analysis.
Ability to meet strict production deadlines.
