Work Schedule: Typically, 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The job is performed in person and on-site in Wichita, KS.
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

At Ennovar Solutions, we support students in obtaining degree-relevant experience to prepare them for career positions upon graduation. This is accomplished via paid internships with our business partnerships. The Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and improving core operational processes across the employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, data reporting, marketing support and operational tool development. This position plays a key role in managing internal survey data through Qualtrics, maintaining documentation, and identifying new tools or workflows to improve team efficiency and student experience. This position also ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in student placement processes while supporting the operational needs of the broader team.
Job Summary
Executes and improves core operational processes for student hiring. Manages internal survey data, maintains documentation, and identifies processes and/or tools to improve team efficiency and student experience.
Essential Functions
Manages and maintains customer and employee surveys, including assisting with creation and distribution, keeping content current and relevant, compiling and sharing key findings, and supporting internal reporting and planning.
Assists in verifying and correcting any discrepancies between internal and external timekeeping methods.
Supports the maintenance and improvement of internal operational tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Sling, Sharepoint, etc.).
Provides operational support for recruiting, including maintaining student applicant information, coordination of interviews and supporting onboarding functions for student employees.
Creates development and/or improvement plans for students based on partner feedback.
Creates and maintains accurate and current documentation.
Participates in process documentation and supports continuous improvement projects; Researches and recommends digital tools or workflows that improve team efficiency, data visibility, and/or student experience.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Four (4) years of related experience; every 30 hours of related coursework may be substituted for one (1) year of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Understanding of business practices and familiarity with a broad range of industry partners
Passion for building relationships and expanding the program outreach.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms or systems as needs evolve
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of business practices and the ability to provide quality consultation to a broad range of industry partners.
Well-developed professional network that includes private business, nonprofit, local government, business-to-business, or corporate relationships.
Experience in Higher Education, Marketing, Recruitment, Project Management or Customer Service
Experience with or interest in programming, workflow automation tools or scripting
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
Ability to travel in a vehicle for distances including but not limited to across city, county, and state.
