Hire Type: Full Time
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Work is performed onsite and in-person.
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Job Summary
Performs office support duties of a clerical or administrative nature. Duties may be comprised of general office duties along with some specialized duties.
Essential Functions
Answers, screens and routes phone calls, may include multi-line phone systems. Greets and directs guests. Prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications, as required. Schedules and supports preparation for meetings, conferences, courses, programs and/or special events. Establishes and maintains filing systems. May order and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months of experience in general office, clerical, administrative support or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with computers and common office applications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and perform sedentary work
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and passion for aerospace and innovation
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
Physical Requirements
Ability to move, transport, and/or deliver items, supplies, or equipment. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information. Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to travel in a vehicle for distances including but not limited to across city, county, and state.
