If you’re the person who digs deep for answers, loves solving puzzles, and doesn’t flinch at complexity—then this might be your ideal role. We’re searching for a highly analytical, deeply curious, and solutions-driven professional to join our HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) team. This is not your average systems analyst position, it’s a role built for someone who thrives on finding order in chaos, translating data into decisions, and supporting a vast, multi-layered HR ecosystem.

This role provides opportunity to work with a broad range of systems and platform, being the connector between them. You will be the heartbeat of HR’s digital infrastructure. We have a lean but mighty HRMS team, this role offers the chance to make it your own. With recent system implementations and other updates, we need your unique skills to bring it all together.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be our go-to expert for all things systems, access, and data in HR. Whether you’re troubleshooting real-time access issues, crafting complex SQL queries to power critical leadership reports, or refining data processes for long-term stability. You’ll be one of the people we count on to keep things running, accurate, and insightful.

• Act as the internal help desk for HR tech & systems—resolving issues and keeping operations smooth across 11+ systems.
• Write and refine SQL reports that translate operational needs into real-world insights for leadership.
• Triage, test, and optimize data across multiple platforms and interfaces.
• Manage access controls, system permissions, and mitigate conflicts in collaboration with IT and HR.
• Create standardizations, document best practices, and continuously improve how we use, store, and retrieve data.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
• A natural problem-solver who lives to uncover what others miss—and then turn it into a solution that works now and scales for later.
• Fluent in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to not just pull data but understand the why and how behind it.
• A communicator across levels, from end users to leadership, knowing how to translate tech talk into plain language.
• Patience and persistent when digging through older and newer systems or navigating data storage that has been morphed with each system upgrade or implementation.
• Someone who thinks creatively to bridge gaps between systems, streamline processes, and propose scalable improvements.
