Job Story
Ennovar is looking for an outstanding student to work at Deloitte's The Smart Factory on Innovation Campus to help with smart factory technologies.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
• Assist with planning and logistics for client tours of The Smart Factory @ Wichita, ensuring a curated experience tailored to client goals.
• Support the development and implementation of Smart Factory use cases in collaboration with Deloitte’s Innovation Campus operations.
• Assist with testing, integration, and maintenance of line components, systems, and quality control processes.
• Contribute to the creation of work instructions and quality inspection protocols for various manufacturing cells on the production line.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science; strong interest in Data Science preferred.
• Strong interest in supply chain, operations, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Ability to grasp and explain supply chain concepts and smart manufacturing strategies.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong character and executive presence.
• Effective communicator, including in virtual or remote environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems, processes, and development tools.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Business acumen (basic understanding of accounting, finance, etc.).
• Proficient in problem-solving with a process-oriented mindset.
• Basic coding knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to phones, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
