You'll apply SAMHSA’s Core Competencies, leverage in-person and online learning platforms, and build and maintain critical partnerships to drive meaningful change. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled partner, developer and communicator, but also someone whose prowess is savvy to navigate complex conversations and build trust with key stakeholders. You’ll be the person who asks the tough questions, manages time and priorities with precision, and envisions both the big picture and the necessary steps to get there. Your ability to adapt, follow up, and consistently deliver on deadlines will help propel our programs forward and foster lasting relationships with the peer workforce and funders alike.

Whether you’re supporting community mental health employees or collaborating with other external agencies, your role will be integral in keeping everything running smoothly and continuing forward-thinking strategies.
