Job Story

Build Clarity. Empower Teams. Shape Success.
Are you the kind of person who can turn complex information into crystal-clear guides and bring teams together with effective training? Do you have a passion for making processes seamless, accessible, and impactful? If you’re ready to blend technical expertise with creativity and training skills, this is the perfect role for you!

In this position, your primary mission is to ensure everyone is on the same page by creating, documenting, organizing, and unifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into a consistent format that adapt as systems improve. You’ll be the architect of consistency, crafting materials that not only document workflows but also help drive understanding and success across teams. As processes are upgraded and technology evolves, you’ll be the driving force behind adapting, updating, and training our team on how it all works—keeping policy and practice aligned.

Not only will you create captivating and user-friendly training materials, job aids, and help documents, but you’ll also play a vital role in making those resources accessible across the university via online platforms and updated website content. It’s not just about creating documents; it’s about crafting cohesive, intuitive materials that meet user needs without overwhelming them. You’ll streamline messaging, simplify processes, and prioritize solutions that deliver the biggest benefits. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life and make a real impact on how we operate.

The ideal person for this role is a natural organizer and communicator who can teach and train people of all learning styles in an engaging and relatable way. You understand the value of simplicity and can create resources that are as effective as they are easy to use. You are a skilled composer who produces logical, cohesive, and user-friendly content. You’re skilled at writing, ensuring everything flows logically and consistently. You have a knack for prioritizing tasks that create the most impact and can turn complex policies into clear, actionable guides for users.
If you’re ready to lead the charge in improving clarity, consistency, and communication this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
