Job Story
Ennovar is looking for a student assistant to be an Infrastructure Analyst at Textron Aviation.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
• Provide operational support of Office 365 email, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune mobile.
• Process end-user requests for provisioning and modifying mailboxes, distribution lists, and permissions.
• Document processes and procedures used by the Collaboration team.
• Participate in change management processes for planned activities that might impact Collaboration systems availability or performance.
• Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and remediation activities during outages or periods of performance degradation.
• Monitor and efficiently working ticket queue (first in – first out), to assist in troubleshooting and ticket resolution via customer contact.
• Can perform basic tasks using PowerShell.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

• Enrolled in a degree or certificate seeking program
• Student Personnel must have communication skills and be able to- Articulate issues and communicate effectively with end users
• Student Personnel must have customer service skills including patience – patient and strong listening skills
• Student Personnel must be comfortable when interacting with all levels of the organization
• Student Personnel must have basic understanding of PowerShell and/or comparable scripting.
• Student Personnel must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Teams and have familiarity with various mobile device platforms (IOS and Android).
• Good communication skills, both oral and written are required.
• Student Personnel must possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Student Personnel must be highly self-motivated and directed.
• Student Personnel must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; act immediately upon a request or issue that is considered a high priority.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office 365 software applications and Exchange on premise
• Can perform basic tasks using PowerShell
• Familiarity with various mobile device platforms (IOS and Android)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Teams
• Customer contact via phone, email, and Teams
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
