Pay: Range begins at $20.48 per hour and can be adjusted based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm (some weekends and evenings/ rare)
Export Compliance Requirement: No export control requirement.

Coordinates and leads University testing services and activities. Trains and evaluates staff on University and national regulatory requirements. Oversees teaching evaluation process, ensuring alignment with University systems. Evaluates vendor agreements and ensures services meet certification standards.

Essential Functions
Administers testing plans, schedules and assists with budget oversight. Recommends process changes as needed. Coordinates, organizes and supports testing preparation courses and administration. Establishes program communication plans that connect student and non-student participants with University and community services and partners. Prepares reports, educational materials and/or presentations. Oversees website maintenance, procedural changes and University communications. Selects, trains, and supervises staff services and leads promotional activities. Evaluates and coordinates with testing vendors and legal counsel on service agreements.
Job Duties

Required Education and Experience:
- 60 hours of college coursework in related field
- Two (2) years of experience in exam administration or related field
Required License/Certifications/Training:
None
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain effective professional interpersonal relationships with a diverse constituency of faculty, staff, and students.
- Demonstrates effective multi-tasking skills, such as the ability to move between tasks and interruptions seamlessly.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability and willingness to learn and then train others on accessibility software programs.
- Shown integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
