Work Schedule: Typically 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required dependent upon business needs. The job is performed in person and on-site in Wichita, KS.
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Job Summary
Assists with the planning and analysis of the day-to-day operations of the respective business unit. Ensures processes and services are efficient and effective. Investigates and recommends solutions and/or guidance to successfully complete projects.
Essential Functions
Oversees work order statuses and generates operational efficiency and effectiveness measurements; Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks/work orders. Works collaboratively with internal partners to develop schedules that ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and per customer requirements. Monitors and maintains equipment contracts, maintenance, and other related duties; provides support to acquire external assets. Processes, analyzes, compiles reports, and presents reports of lab efficiency data analytics. Investigates and recommends solutions and/or guidance to issues posing a risk to successful completion of projects. Manages current and potential customer interactions and tours. Assesses weekly lab workload and takes actions to ensure sufficient equipment and staff are available to complete projects per schedule requirements.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Five (5) years of related experience; every 30 hours of related education courses can be substituted for one (1) year of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and coordinate project deliverables
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to consistently and positively interact with internal and external partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document information in a timely manner with high degree of accuracy
Proficient with MS Office suite
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to interpret effectively, accurately and impartially, both receptively and expressively.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
