Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; work is performed on-site and in-person.
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Job Summary
Plans, analyzes, and directs the operational functions of multiple business units and/or college. Ensures processes and services are efficient and effective.
Essential Functions
Creates, runs, and provides reports as needed to improve the operational and staff utilization to meet project performances. Assists with the creation, implementation, and maintaining processes to monitor and improve unit efficiency. Coordinates with internal partners to collect and analyze data for efficiency measures and to support uninterrupted operations. Maintains training records and cross-functional resource utilization for optimum unit performance. Provides administrative support as needed including, but not limited to, managing invoices, travel, and reconciling purchasing cards. Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent by date of hire
Three (3) years of experience in operational management or related field; every 30 credit hours of related coursework can be substituted for experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and coordinate project deliverables.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to consistently and positively interact with internal and external partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document information in a timely manner with high degree of accuracy.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Physical Requirements
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to interpret effectively, accurately and impartially, both receptively and expressively.
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
