Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work is performed on site and in person.
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Job Summary
Responsible for the development and management of business, organizational, and/or operational requirements. Provides oversight for the design, development, and launching of business systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents business requirements. Partners with the project team to identify the solution that meets the defined requirements. Assists with system issues by generating and compiling reports based on user feedback and providing probable causes and possible solutions.
Essential Functions
Participates in the gathering of business needs for medium complexity projects.
Defines, organizes and schedules requirements management activities within the scope of an overall project plan to be executed on time and on budget.
Collaborates with both the business and information technology (IT) technical staff in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Participates in business process re-engineering.
Develops test scripts, test plans and scenarios; Tests solution against business and technology requirements.
Plans assigned activities and provides input in producing detailed project plans and cost analysis.
Creates, provides, and maintains reports on project progress and status.
Provides presentations by preparing clear and well-organized material with the appropriate level of detail.
Complies with applicable policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Five (5) years of related experience; every 30 hours of related coursework can be substituted for 1 year of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of database concepts.
Ability to collaborate with other departments and think critically and to multitask.
Basic knowledge of budget management and funding processes
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
