Job Story
What truly sets CEI Prevention Initiatives apart is the people. Our CEI team believes in working hard and creating an environment where people feel supported, energized, and valued. You’ll find a team that celebrates wins, shares ideas freely, and believes collaboration is stronger than competition.
We’re serious about our mission, but we also believe good work happens when people enjoy working together. (Think less corporate maze and more mission-driven team assembling like the Avengers—minus the dramatic city destruction.) We go about our work in a way that’s fun, uplifting, and grounded in shared purpose.
Risk and protective factors for many behavioral health challenges are shared. We help communities notice those connections and create shared prevention goals and plans. Our goal is also to facilitate and encourage the sharing of behavioral health promotion and prevention efforts being used in communities across Kansas.
We’re on the lookout for someone who loves bringing people together, building momentum around meaningful work, and helping communities thrive.
The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
The work happening at CEI touches real lives across communities. Prevention work often happens quietly before a crisis occurs, but its impact can be enormous. Apply today and help us continue to move forward—one partnership, one project, and one community at a time!
