Job Summary
Provide high-level strategic and operational support and coordination to the leadership team. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manages and effectively completes complex projects. Serves as point of contact in communications, coordinating and follow-up on schedules, deliverables, customer concerns, and change orders.
Essential Functions
Provides high-level strategic and operational support and coordination to the leadership team.
Plans and maintains systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
Manages, leads, and effectively completes complex projects; Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
Develops, reviews, and manages project plans, proposals, and objectives; creates schedules and ensures task deliverables meet customer expectations.
Serves as point of contact and manages relationships with communications, coordination and follow-up on schedules, deliverables, customer concerns, and change orders.
Recommends project budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
Provides mentorship to student and graduate employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Fifteen (15) years of related experience in project management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to consistently and positively interact with internal and external partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document information in a timely manner with high degree of accuracy.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
Ability to interpret effectively, accurately and impartially, both receptively and expressively.
