Job Story
“Life finds a way”—and so does great data.
Just like Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park, we’re looking for someone who understands that numbers tell a story—and knows how to tell that story to others. If you're the type of person who enjoys digging into data mysteries as well as connecting with people along the way, we’ve got a role for you!
Why This Role Rocks:
Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values both precision and people.
Gain hands-on experience with HR operations across the university—this isn’t just a job, it’s a career-building launchpad.
Grow your technical and interpersonal skills in a role that values both.
What Sets You Apart:
You’re not just about data & process — you’re about what they mean.
You enjoy the satisfaction of solving data inconsistencies and bringing order to chaos.
You’re comfortable working with systems but also enjoy stepping out to interact with others and offer support.
You're curious, methodical, and always asking questions to best provide the appropriate process to handle the data.
You know that behind every number, every request, every update needed is a person—and that great service is just as important as accurate information.
So if you’re ready to do meaningful work that blends analytical thinking with human connection—and maybe feel a little like a data-world chaos theorist along the way—apply now. Let’s see how your curiosity and commitment to clarity can make an impact!
