Work Schedule: M-F, Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & holidays.

Wichita State University Athletics is seeking a passionate and driven professional to serve as the new Donor Relations and Events Manager, playing a key role in Shocker athletics. Job Summary
Develops and implements a donor relations and stewardship program that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction and recognition of donors at all levels. Manages the strategy and execution of events and projects with a high level of impact.
Essential Functions
• Performs public relations, sponsorship, hospitality, and/or project management for donor engagement initiatives.
• Develops, coordinates, and/or implements all amenities, accommodations and/or resources for engagement activities. May assist or lead others in the execution or task deliverables.
• Develops, plans, and maintains events calendar and/or records, and ensures alignment with Shocker Athletics objectives.
• Collaborates with leaders and/or affiliated stakeholders to ensure event success.
• Serve as a key liaison to high-level donors and stakeholders.
Job Duties
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in event coordination, fundraising, intercollegiate athletics or related field

- Maintain high standard of ethics and integrity related to intercollegiate athletics
