Job Story

When campus floors need expert care and cleaning equipment needs a skilled hand,
our Custodian Specialist, Senior steps in to make it happen.

You’re the kind of person who takes pride in a gleaming hallway, a freshly waxed floor, and a vacuum that hums like new. You know your way around scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors, and when something breaks, you don’t just report it, you help fix it. You research parts and coordinate repairs to keep our custodial equipment running like a dream.

When disaster strikes, like a spill, a flood, or a mess that needs immediate attention, you’re the calm in the chaos, restoring order with precision and care. You handle specialty cleaning chemicals with confidence, maintain upholstery and furnishings, and ensure every space you touch is safe, clean, and welcoming.
