Job Story
Lead the People. Strengthen the Systems. Elevate the Mission.
If you’re the person others call when communication breaks down…
If spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting systems don’t intimidate you…
If you can coach someone through conflict in real time instead of avoiding it…
This role was built for you.
We’re seeking a passionate professional to oversee coordinators across Regions 1–6, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across all sites. This is not a sit-back-and-observe role. You’ll be shaping culture, building systems, and developing people who directly deliver services in the field. You will operate at the intersection of leadership, training, data, and collaboration.
The Leadership We’re Looking For:
- Calm under pressure: Handles deadlines with discipline, not panic
- Direct but supportive: Communicates with clarity, whether it’s a one-on-one coaching session or a multi-region meeting
- Solution-focused: Can train others not just on what to do, but how to think
- Technically capable: Is comfortable using data systems, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite to drive decisions
- Detail-oriented: Understands that documentation isn’t busy work, it’s protection and proof of impact. Stays organized even when multiple regions are moving at once
- Comfortable holding others accountable: Knows how to collaborate without losing accountability
- And most importantly you understand that strong systems create strong outcomes.
If you're up for the challenge & carry passion with you daily; apply for this opportunity now!
