Job Summary

Job Duties
Submitting Purchase Orders
Completing Expense Reports
Requesting Advances for Staff Members when program(s) are traveling (volleyball)
Assisting in Reconciling Bank Accounts (credit card statement)
Assisting with Payroll (entering department time entry for NBEs- students and hourly)
Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements
High school diploma
Experience/education in accounting or bookkeeping

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers as well as clients
Ability to connect with a diverse population.

Additional Information

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or traverse campus buildings, including stairs. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.

If for some reason a lecturer is unable to make a class meeting, they must work with the program coordinator of their area to find appropriate coverage of materials.
