Job Story

Do you want to be part of our world because it’s just as magical as Ariel’s? We are looking for a specific person who is passionate, invested, attentive…… the one for us!

This role empowers learners from across the state involved in the largest online program with the university. Multi-tasking is a must when it comes to all the knowledge you impart to the students to address & anticipate their needs. Establishing robust relationships via email & phone calls is the norm for this position; nonetheless, our team offers these remote learners the same caliber of care as our on-campus students.

Distance makes the heart grow fonder & this speaks to this team’s level of investment with our students’ success, ensuring distance is not a barrier for them. This requires strong, effective verbal & written communication that is comprehensive for student needs as well as what they might not think to ask. Cross collaborative team building throughout campus, staying up to date with helpful information for students rather than referring them to other access points, makes you a one stop shop. If you are someone who professionally invests in their career & those they serve, wouldn’t it be neat if you made our collection complete by applying to be part of our world!
