Job Story
Are you a graduate student who is organized, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly? The College of Fine Arts is looking for a Project Manager Intern to coordinate creative projects and keep our communications team on track. If you enjoy leading from behind the scenes, this role is for you.
You’ll gain experience in:
• Workflow management and planning tools
• Team coordination and communication
• Campaign tracking and documentation
Details:
Up to 20 hours/week | Hybrid work with flexible schedule
Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Wichita State University.
Additional Requirements
*Excellent communication skills
*Social media proficiency and skills for content creation.

Preferred Qualifications
Computer experience in a PC/Windows or Apple environment - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
