Job Story
This position with Ennovar will be working onsite for Boeing. The project is focused on designing and implementing standard fastener kits. Standardized kitting of these fasteners and washers promotes a lean manufacturing process, while also providing better visual work instructions to assist newer mechanics when building parts. This position will support the shop by filling kits with fasteners and washers for daily production demand. The position offers flexible work hours.

Job Duties
• Read standard identification numbers.
• Identify the location of fasteners to fill kits from cell centers.
• Communicate with mechanics on issues they have with an incorrect fastener, or if the fastener is oriented incorrectly in the foam, also any issues with defective fasteners needing to be replaced in a timely manner.
• Be familiar with the positions on the line, to ensure the corresponding kits are given to the correct position.
• Keep track of requests for cell centers to be replenished with fasteners, washers, etc.
• Effectively use technical reference materials.
• Ensure the correct number of kits are filled up daily, ready for the mechanic to use when they start work – this could vary but should stay consistent with how many units per day each position builds.
• Communicate effectively with the team or Manager(s) to make certain cell centers have enough fasteners to fill the kits and perform “hot-shot” procedures by communicating with the standards team if there are inadequate fasteners.
• Ensures that implemented process enhancements meet improvement targets.
• Ability to lift 10-20 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods of time.

Additional Requirements
