Job Story
This position is for interns to help with data entry and analysis. In addition to the duties below, they will be helping analyze data in order to maximize time to fill.
Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.
Job Duties
- Perform physical counts of medications to be labeled.
- Perform visual inspection on product units not in the quarantine room (syringes and droptainers).
- Apply labels and tamper seals (where necessary).
- Select appropriate box/cooler and packaging product for delivery.
- Select appropriate product to fulfill customer orders.
- Perform proper documentation of forms in all post-production areas; and
other duties as assigned.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate interest in data entry/analysis.
Additional Information
This position is located at Fagron Sterile Services. Applicant must be able to work in an off-campus position.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
