Job Story

The Connector, The Organizer, The Detail Detective

Are you someone who lights up a room and makes everyone feel welcome? Do you enjoy friendly conversations one minute and then dive into details, like double-checking data or navigating data management systems the next? If so, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re searching for a people-first problem solver who finds just as much joy in building relationships as in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

This isn’t your typical admin role tucked away in the background. It’s a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll be the welcoming face of our office, the champion of accurate data, and the go-to person who keeps everything on track, compliant, and moving forward. When managing a federally funded program, it is essential to maintain accurate participant records, track performance data, and meet all reporting and compliance requirements.

Thrives in this role if you’re someone who:

Has experience in budgeting, accounting, or detail-heavy administrative work.
Isn't startled by new to you software systems, you'll click, explore, test, and learn them enjoying solving the challenges along the way.
Are both a people person and a numbers person—because why choose just one?
Feel comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and asking questions when something’s unclear.
Notice problems early, talk about them openly, and focus on finding solutions rather than getting stuck on obstacles.
Happy to make quick decisions when it makes sense but also know when to ask for backup or pause in order to have guidance.
Would love being involved in event engagement and community-facing activities.
Might have military experience, or experience with families in the military, or in higher education (all are great bonuses but not required).
This role is ideal for someone who wants to excel, not just complete tasks, a curious, proactive, efficient, and genuinely person invested in keeping both people and data supported.

If you're ready for a position where connection meets precision, curiosity meets structure, and your initiative truly matters, we’d love to see your application.
