Summary of Responsibilities

Plan, write and edit content for print and online magazine. Act as magazine advertising sales coordinator. Prepare news releases, e-mail communications and other online content.

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or public relations.
Minimum Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Ability to create and maintain websites or other online content.
  • Skill in research and editing.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with clients and sell advertising.
  • Knowledge of graphic design
  • Ability to work in a higher education setting.
