Job Summary
Provides leadership and strategic direction for the planning, development, implementation, operation and administration of policies, strategies and procedures for one (1) or more human resource functional areas.
Essential Functions
Oversees the development and continuous improvement of human resources services, policies, processes, and programs to achieve University strategic initiatives. Provides leadership to team(s) that support one (1) or more human resources functional areas. Establishes, defines, plans, communicates, and implements strategic goals and objectives. Oversees and directs the management of day-to-day operations for one (1) or more human resources functional areas. Provides strategic guidance and consultation to managers and staff regarding best practices, policy interpretation, problem resolution, and compliance with regulations, laws and policies.
Job Duties
Serves on the HR Leadership Team. Leads and supports a team of nine including the manager of HR Operations and Benefits. Responsible for leading Total Rewards and HR Operations which includes Compensation, Leave/ADA Administration, Benefits, Employee Data Management and Compliance.

Physical Requirements:
