Job Story
The NIAR ATLAS lab is looking for a student assistant to help with surface preparation.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
Composite Manufacturing, Surface Preparation, Surface Characterization, Bonding, Data Representation.
Assisted with project tasks through data collection and analysis. Help prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields)
Good academic standing
Proficiency in CAD tools - CATIA V5, 3DE

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
